After thorough discussion between ourselves and with the client and upon reaching an agreement to proceed, Guest Magee will initiate the search process by developing a mutually agreed candidate briefing document. This will include an overview of the company and its activities, the position within the context of the organisation and will concentrate on the span of accountability and authority for the role to be filled. Prior to conducting the search it is imperative that Guest Magee collaborates with its clients in developing a shared understanding of the strategic, operational and financial context in which they are operating. This relationship and shared purpose will be assiduously maintained throughout the search and placement process. Indeed, follow up with both client and successful candidate after placement to ensure their satisfaction is a feature of our methodology.

It is our experience that clients at times would like to approach some individuals as potential candidates but for a variety of reasons are not in a position to do so directly. Frequently an organisation is looking to remove a current employee who will in many cases be unaware that their replacement is being planned.
Guest Magee will provide informed, ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the process and beyond. Further to this we will maintain the confidentiality of both clients and candidates. No candidate details will be provided to the client without the express permission of the individual concerned.
Guest and Magee are well qualified and experienced to provide formal organisational and development advice to clients and can do so on a consultancy basis if necessary. In most cases however, our organisational development expertise is provided as a necessary prequel to the search process. We will utilise our tertiary qualifications and years of practical experience to assist clients crystallise and articulate their operational and executive level management requirements, making sure they are completely aligned with their business plan.
